“Bid af bølger”, Haderslev

Sculptor Ole Videbæk created this work of art at Haderslev Harbour. In close collaboration, we have developed the water part of the work. The concrete beak is 3 meters high, where water flows in varying amounts. When the water is at its highest point, eight water jets rise opposite the waterfall, forming a water figure that reflects the concrete wing. Water flows over the wavy granite surface and forms a lake around the sculpture. The entire process takes less than five minutes with varying intensity and time intervals. The concrete beak itself is illuminated in the evening.
